Dr. Wolanski demonstrates a critical component of preventing bone loss after an extraction known as "Ridge Maintenance Bone Grafting". This is critical as bone growth is much slower than soft tissue growth which if not attended to, will cause the final implant tooth to look much longer, have less strength and long term predictability.
